History of St. Brendan’s Primary School

Our School is a Catholic School, grounded in the rich traditions of the Sisters of Mercy.​

​St Brendan’s Primary School draws on a rich history of Catholic education since 1902 when our Catholic parish school was started with the arrival of Sisters of Mercy in Shepparton. The arrival of the Sisters of Mercy in Shepparton was a significant milestone in shaping the provision of Catholic education in the region as we know it today. ​

 

The Sandhurst Catholic Education Office and Schools acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which their Offices and Schools are built. We commit to working in partnership with Aboriginal people for reconciliation and justice.
